Announcement 1: An intimate affairFinally the plus size bras are here! Not my stocks actually. A while ago, I was talking to Prissy about the bra problem the girls have and the next thing I know, she told me tt she has contacts for bras for the bigger girls! From my knowledge, these wonderful bras are from the same supplier as the Wonderbra, Victoria Secrets. They are sent to USA for sale. Thanks to her good number of contacts, she is bringing in some to help us! Do note that this is a trial try for the bras. If good response, we are looking at more designs and colors! For now, she is only bringing in 40 pieces of the following sizes:
38E, 40D, 40DD, 42B, 42C, 42D and 42DD. Do note tt currently they are only in 2 colors. A nice pastel blue and a classic black. I own 1 each and I must say, they are very comfortable! not joking!, I dun see the bulge at my back and yeaps, been enjoying it! Do let us know your interest in the bra so tt we can make arrangement for fitting okay?

Announcement 2: Miss and Mrs Amazing 2010YEAPS! I just had a meeting with Beverly a few days ago and we firmed up a few issues! So excited! Ok this is very important for the contestants. Should you girls read this, please spread around to the fellow contestants so that they are aware!

We are going to be on television!! A filming company is interested in doing a 3 part/episode series on this pageant and I must say I am very glad! Because we are making it to the main stream! Not to be laughed at and not to be criticised. But to be on stage for the public to see us in our best! For the fellow girls to look upon us, for them to realise tt we may be big in size, but we are strong and beautiful. (tell you girls honestly, as much as my family is not supportive of me doing a plus size biz, because of this pageant they respect my job and finally begin to talk to me properly instead of the usual 'look how big you have grown' etc) For now, we have confirmed that a handful will be selected to interviewed and filmed throughout the show. These girls will be selected through interviews and screening by the casting director. More info will be released on a later date.

The full itininerary will be out by mid March 2010. Yeah... I know some girls, as much as they are super excited for the pageant, due to their work commitments, they need to plan properly their work schedule. Beverly just got back from Australia and is tying up loose ends for a pageant in march hence she is busy. But she assured me tt by mid March, she will be able to list down the plan and yeaps! we can arrange our schedule properly!

ALL the girls who has registered their application for this pageant are invited to Mrs Singapore pageant tt is held on the 6th March 2010! How cool is that? We are to witness how pageants runs and probably have a rough idea on how we should expect for our pageant! I think it is a wonderful chance to gain experience and know more people! Learn how they talk, carry themselves etc. Do make sure you girls come to shop to collect the tickets at Lavender Closet shop at Far East Plaza #03-136B. This event is strictly for the pageant contestants. Personally I like this arrangement as I think it will be great to mingle around with fellow contestants, chat up with one another and get to know each other better! Do note that you are to dress well, with proper make up and neat hair do. As we now faces of this pageant, it is advisable that we are in our best attire for this event.

The pageant will start the ball rolling in April! We are looking at catwalks/fashion show/competition in 2 malls and grooming course by Miss Genecia and also a self awareness talk by a fellow contestant. There will also be events like a group walk to a reservoir or park, and a charity event. Wow! How exciting is that going to be and are you ready to rock?!

The 2nd registration for Miss and Mrs Amazing Singapore is finally opened! The registration period is from 20th to 24th Feb 2010.
*LATEST NEWS: Organiser has extended the date to 6th Mar'10 This time, we would request all sincere applicants to come down to shop at Far East Plaza #03-136B from 3.00pm-9.30pm for the registration form as well as to submit the registration fee of $30.00 CASH. For this 2nd batch of girls, we will not be able to entertain online registration. The briefing for the 2nd batch of girls will be advised on a later date.
