The pageant is drawing near! Erica has been great in getting things done and I must say I am trying to keep up with her! Tonight, a handful of us will be taking photos and be interviewed by STRAITS TIMES (on Sunday paper) Will reveal more after I am done with the shoot okay?

Just wanna share this with you. Our contestant/customer/friend Karen Foo is conducting a talk on loving yourself, titled 'Mirror Mirror on the Wall' hmmm, let me copy and paste to let you understand this better...
MIRROR Mirror On The Wall ...................
"Who's the fairest of them all? Ok, we know that we aren't Snow White or Kate Moss. What is it that we see in the mirror staring back at us? Do you like all your bits or do you have a a body part that your particularly hate?Do we really know what other people think of our bodies .....or do we think we know?
In this workshop, we take a good honest look at your body in a safe & warm environment. Working in pairs in this all women's hands-on workshop, you will help each other discover for yourselves the beautiful gorgeous body that others see in you. What to expect at the workshop:- hands on activites to see the diference betweem what your perception of your body is like and what is really is like- active engagement and discussion on how to celebrate your best features and how to come to terms and view your not so favourite features from a more positive light.- tips and techniques you can practice easily help you accept your body and work towards happier, healther and beautiful you!!
Be prepared to strip down to your undies or swim suit.
This is a ladies only event.

Personally I think this is uber cool. It is good to know that there are people to GUIDE us on loving ourselves. I know it sounds silly but havent you ever feel ugly at times?
So let Karen guide you on how to love yourself, see the 'REAL' you for the first time. Hope tt after this workshop, the next time you pop over to shop for a chat, it will be a new you, a uber confident chic talking back to me!
